Katie Matlin; writer by design and perfectionist extraordinaire by choice.
I’m an aspiring journalist, the editor-in-chief of the Degrassi Daily, and an everyday achiever, among other titles.
Careful. I've been told I don't play very nicely with some. Tread lightly.

Text to Eli:
Eli: Nothing, I was just making sure. After kissing you on your doorstep, I'd appreciate still being in one piece. I doubt your parents would want to meet your whatever I am to you that way.
Katie: Believe me, if either of my parents were anywhere in the remote area and you greeted me in such a manner, my father would make it look like you spontaneously combusted for no reason at all. But they're not in the immediate areas, so no worries.
